Schedule
- Consistent school-based hours: 8:30am–2:00pm
- Optional afternoon sessions: 2:00–5:00pm
- Part-time or full-time depending on your availability
We work with your schedule and value balance and stability.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing 1:1 ABA therapy with kindness, patience, and professionalism
- Implementing individualized treatment plans
- Tracking data and celebrating client progress
- Supporting clients in communication, social, and daily living skills
- Collaborating with BCBAs, school teams, and families
- Creating a safe, positive environment where every child feels supported
What We’re Looking For
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- A warm, patient, and compassionate personality
- Reliability, professionalism, and dedication to client care
- HS diploma (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
