Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of bubble teas, specialty drinks, and snacks with precision and flair
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, adhering to food safety and handling standards
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service to ensure a memorable experience for all guests
- Manage cash handling accurately, including cash register operations and balancing at shift end
- Assist with food preparation tasks, ensuring quality standards are met consistently
- Uphold food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times
Requirements
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred, especially in cafés or retail environments
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
