Main Goal:
Drive sustainable growth by executing data-driven commercial strategies, providing business intelligence insights, and coordinating go-to-market initiatives that strengthen market positioning, optimize commercial performance, and expand customer and revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy Support: Assist in the development and execution of commercial strategies aligned with growth objectives.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and business intelligence analysis to identify trends and growth initiatives.
- Go-to-Market: Design and coordinate Go-to-Market and Go-to-Account plans, aligning resources to key clients.
- Data Analysis: Analyze quotations, pricing, lead times, and project performance to support margin optimization.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify new business opportunities, products, and partnerships through data-driven recommendations.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate commercial data, dashboards, and reporting for stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Coordinate commercial processes and standardized tools to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Customer Engagement: Support engagement by gathering requirements and aligning solutions with client needs.
- Marketing Management: Monitor marketing activities, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with quality management systems and ISO 9001 procedures.
- Public Relations: Support communication initiatives, brand representation, and coordination of industry events.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with operations, finance, and procurement to ensure alignment.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA or similar) is a plus.
- 5 years of commercial experience, product experience and customer experience.
- Digital Marketing Experience desired.
