Reports To: General Manager
Schedule Expectations:
- Minimum of 50 hours per week over a minimum of 5 days. Must include at least one weekend day per week.
- Schedule will fluctuate depending on the needs of the business. As an AGM, you are expected to be available in times of need. Work with your General Manager (GM) & Area Director (AD) to ensure your store is running as smoothly as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the GM in growing Sales using Local Restaurant Marketing
- Assist the GM with identifying and grooming talent in your store using Moby Dick Development tools
- Take on an area of responsibility (People, Product, or Place) to assist your GM with running the store.
- Ensure all repair and maintenance (R&M) is up to date in your store
- Assist the GM with controlling costs. (Cost of Goods Sold, Labor, Supplies, etc.)
- Ensure guest satisfaction is top-notch at your store. Achieving and maintaining an average rating of 4.5 star reviews on Google, Yelp & any other prominent site
- Ensure the culture in your store represents Moby Dick’s Values
- Assist your GM with hiring, firing & rate changes for your store
