What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Restaurant Manager position at Moby Dick Brewing Co.?
We are looking for a part time Restaurant Manager to join our team! Candidate must possess a strong attention to detail, a great attitude, and must have the ability to motivate and lead a team!
The assistant manager will maintain the overall flow of the shift, identifying areas of weakness and helping wherever needed.
Must be comfortable and enjoy interacting with guest.
Must have an eye for detail, as the assistant manager is responsible for all aspects of the dining experience including lighting levels, music volume, cleanliness of the restaurant inside and out, temperature etc.
Must have weekend and evening availability.
20-30 hours per week with growth opportunity.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
