We are a high-volume, quality-driven, Quick-Service-Casual restaurant seeking an experienced, personable and energetic leader to provide support and manage the daily operations of our "scratch-kitchen" based concept as well as managing shifts to ensure company standards are co-developed, documented, maintained and continually improved.
This position requires strong Front of House (FOH ) and Back of House (BOH ) hands-on experience and commitment to high-quality standards.
Ideal Qualifications:
• 2 years restaurant management experience.
• 2 years commercial kitchen experience
Responsibilities:
• Follow and guide others to follow approved recipes
• Exposure to financial accountability and controls
• Food-cost analysis, management and control; order, etc.
• Labor-cost analysis, management and control
• Scheduling
• Procedure Development and implementation
• Ability to plan, motivate and influence others
