Mobius Learning Academy is looking for a creative, driven, and visionary Director of Curriculum to help lead the next phase of our growth.
This is not a traditional curriculum position.
We are seeking someone who is passionate about creating engaging learning experiences, developing innovative curriculum, and helping shape a growing brand as we expand through franchising. This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on thousands of children while helping build systems and programs that will be implemented across multiple locations.

About Mobius
Mobius Learning Academy is a hands-on STEAM enrichment program serving children through after-school, summer camp, and specialty programs. Our mission is to inspire curiosity, creativity, and confidence through engaging experiences in science, technology, engineering, art, and more.
As we continue to grow and expand into new markets, we are looking for someone who can help us elevate our curriculum, bring fresh ideas to the table, and support both existing and future franchise locations.
What You'll DoCurriculum Development & Innovation
- Design and develop curriculum across multiple program areas, including:
- Science
- Technology
- Engineering
- Art
- Physical Activity
- Music
- Special Events & Enrichment Programs
- Create engaging, hands-on learning experiences for children grades K-6th.
- Continuously improve and innovate curriculum offerings to keep programming fresh, exciting, and aligned with our brand.
- Develop curriculum at least one year in advance to support growth and scalability.
- Create curriculum calendars, lesson plans, activity guides, and supply lists.
- Test and refine curriculum to ensure activities are practical, executable, and fun.
Training & Support
- Train and support directors and leadership teams on curriculum implementation.
- Develop systems and resources that ensure consistency across locations.
- Provide guidance on materials, technology, and lesson execution.
- Partner with operations leadership to maintain quality and alignment throughout the organization.
Franchise Growth & Expansion
- Help develop curriculum systems that can be successfully implemented across franchise locations.
- Support new center openings and expansion efforts.
- Bring creative ideas and innovative programming concepts that strengthen the Mobius brand.
- Help shape the future of STEAM programming as our company continues to grow.
What We're Looking For
- Curriculum writing experience is required
- Experience developing educational programs, curriculum, lesson plans, or enrichment activities
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation
- Ability to balance big-picture vision with attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in education, child development, STEAM programming, camps, enrichment programs, or related fields preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset and excitement about helping build something special

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
