Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Doraville, Georgia, for a Certified Mobility Consultant. The Certified Mobility Consultant will assist customers in identifying and selecting the right wheelchair-accessible vehicles and mobility solutions to meet their unique needs. Daily responsibilities include engaging with customers, providing personalized consultations, collaborating with internal teams to ensure vehicle readiness, and maintaining in-depth knowledge of inventory and product offerings. The role also includes supporting clients through the sales process and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Experience in customer service and auto sales.
- Ability to learn and understand vehicle features, mobility solutions, and industry-specific products
- Organizational and multitasking skills to manage customer appointments and sales processes
- Competence with technology, including basic computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- A passion for helping individuals achieve greater mobility and independence
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Prior experience in the automotive or mobility solutions industry is preferred, but not required
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree is preferred
- Valid driver's license and the ability to operate vehicles
