Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Development Specialist role is based in Toledo, OH. The specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities by researching target markets, building prospect lists, and initiating outreach through calls, emails, and in-person visits. Daily responsibilities include generating and nurturing leads, scheduling and supporting sales appointments, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The role collaborates closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop growth strategies, support promotional campaigns, and track performance metrics. The specialist will also build and sustain strong relationships with prospective and existing commercial and consumer customers, representing MobilityWorks’ mission to enhance mobility and independence.

- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies based on measurable outcomes.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in automotive, mobility, healthcare, or related industries.
- Comfort using CRM tools and standard office software to manage pipelines, reporting, and documentation.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for client visits, events, and outreach activities as needed.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
