About this Role
Reporting to the Regional Delivery Leader for North America (NA), the Senior Technical Delivery Director for the US Tier 1 Telco Operator will be responsible for leading the delivery of Mobileum product portfolio, ensuring successful project execution, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. The role includes overseeing project scoping, planning, and resource management; driving delivery excellence through best practices and innovation; partnering with Sales, Pre-Sales, Support, and Managed Services to enable business growth; and managing revenue, forecasting, and practice performance in alignment with North America and global delivery objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for scoping, planning, estimating, resourcing, and managing the delivery of projects for a T1 Telco Operator in North America.
- Build trust and establish credibility by serving as a technical advisor to customer technical & leadership teams, and act as the primary point of escalation for delivery-related matters.
- Drive delivery excellence through implementation of delivery best practices, continuous process improvement and by leveraging innovative delivery models, tools, and automation.
- Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to support the pursuit and closure of new opportunities and deals.
- Collaborate with Support and Managed Services teams to ensure operational excellence and customer success.
- Work Close with Product Management and Engineering to assure that customer requirements have been properly designed, prioritized and implemented
- Revenue forecasting and proactively manage dependencies to ensure achievement of financial targets.
- Lead resource management, including assignments, demand and supply forecasting, to optimize delivery capacity and capability.
- Manage the practice operationally to meet performance targets established by North America and global delivery leadership.
Operational Responsibilities
- Provide overall Program leadership and direct technical teams in the delivery of high-quality products within committed timeframes and budgets.
- Closely work with Project Directors, Project Managers and Technical Delivery teams for project execution activities.
- Champion end-to-end automation initiatives across delivery processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and enhance quality and speed of execution.
- Oversee test execution within customer environments, ensuring alignment with project requirements, and drive test automation frameworks to improve reliability, repeatability, and time-to-market.
- Management of Technical Issue escalations with Delivery, Engineering and where necessary, Support and Managed Services.
- Risk management to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate or address them. This involves conducting risk assessments, analyzing their potential impact on project objectives, and proactively implementing risk mitigation plans.
Team Development and Management
- Ensuring the regional practice recruits, develops, motivates, appraises, rewards and deploys staff in a manner that meets business priorities.

- Extensive Expertise in Telecom Solution Delivery, spanning network and IT domains, with strong technical proficiency in Roaming Solutions and Network Analytics
- Passionate, driven, energetic, and goal-oriented leader with the curiosity and the ability to articulate a clear vision that motivates teams and drives collaboration.
- Proven leadership in managing technical, diverse global teams within Telecom Delivery Services for Tier-1 Operators.
- Experience implementing and refining best practices and defining KPIs to measure and improve service delivery performance.
- Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively at both technical and executive levels.
- Hands-on, results-oriented leadership style with strong Technical expertise in the Telecom Domain, problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Highly effective communicator — direct, concise, and action-oriented, with a compelling executive presence before customers, partners, and boards.

Educational Qualification:
- An undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering is essential;
- An MBA is preferred;
