What You’ll Do
In this role, you will be the face of our craftsmanship, working on a dynamic mix of residential and commercial properties. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Full-Service Painting: Executing high-quality interior and exterior painting projects for both homes and local businesses.
Drywall Prep & Repair: Performing expert hot patching, drywall repairs, and seamless surface preparation.
Texturizing: Matching and applying various wall and ceiling textures perfectly.
Site Management: Setting up, maintaining, and cleaning up work sites to ensure a safe, professional environment.
What We Are Looking For
Proven Experience: Strong background in residential and commercial painting (interior and exterior), as well as drywall repair/hot patching and texturizing.
Independence & Reliability: A self-starter who is highly motivated and fully capable of working completely independently on a job site when needed.
Eye for Detail: A commitment to clean lines, thorough prep work, and a flawless finish.
Leadership Skills (A Plus!): Management or crew-leading experience is highly valued and a major plus, though not required to apply. We welcome growth-minded individuals!
Professionalism: A clean, courteous demeanor when interacting with clients and representing our family business.
Logistics: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
