This role is critical in helping customers secure financing and insurance options while ensuring compliance with dealership policies and regulations. The Finance Manager will play a key role in delivering a seamless car-buying experience and maximizing dealership profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers through financing and insurance processes with professionalism and clarity.
- Secure competitive loan approvals by working closely with banks, credit unions, and other lenders.
- Present and sell finance and insurance products such as extended warranties, GAP insurance, and protection plans.
- Ensure all contracts and compliance paperwork are completed accurately and in accordance with state/federal laws.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Maintain strong lender relationships and stay current on financing programs and industry regulations.
- Resolve customer concerns related to financing quickly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive finance or sales management preferred.
