Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, electrical wiring, electrical testing, CAN/LIN communication testing/repair and automotive diesel engine repair and vehicle maintenance. As a Master Technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and resolving complex automotive issues while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics on vehicles to identify issues related to powertrain, electrical systems, and other mechanical components.
- Execute repairs and maintenance on diesel engines, ensuring all work meets industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Collaborate with service technicians to troubleshoot problems and develop effective solutions for vehicle repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's needs and repair status.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training and professional development.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of automotive diagnostics, including the ability to analyze complex mechanical issues.
- Proficiency in vehicle maintenance practices automotive gas and diesel engines.
- Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems and their integration within vehicles.
