We’re looking for a dependable, motivated assistant to work alongside our lead installer. This is a hands-on role for someone who has basic construction experience (or a strong willingness to learn) and can follow directions, stay on task, and take pride in quality work.
You’ll help with a mix of mobile home interior and exterior projects — from remodeling and repairs to aluminum/metal installations like awnings and shade panels.
- Assist lead installer with day-to-day construction and remodel projects
- Help with tile, drywall, trim, flooring, plumbing, and light electrical work
- Support exterior jobs such as skirting, siding, awnings, and roof repairs
- Load/unload materials, maintain tools, and keep job sites organized
- Measure, cut, and prep materials under supervision
- Follow all safety and quality standards on each job site
- Communicate clearly and work well as part of a small, fast-paced crew
- Some construction or handyman experience preferred (we can train the right person)
- Good with tools and not afraid of physical work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow direction well
- Takes pride in doing the job right and helping the team succeed
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work outdoors in Arizona weather
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
