Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Chicagoland area for a Real Estate Operations Manager. The role involves managing and supervising all aspects of real estate operations, including overseeing leasing agreements, property maintenance, and vendor relations. You will ensure the efficient operation of retail locations, manage budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders to support business objectives. The Real Estate Operations Manager will also evaluate real estate opportunities and develop strategies for location expansion to align with the company's goals.
Qualifications
- Operational management skills, including experience with leasing agreements, property maintenance, and vendor management
- Strategic planning and analytical skills for evaluating real estate opportunities and developing expansion strategies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders, landlords, and service providers
- Proficiency with budgeting and financial management in the context of real estate operations
- Leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively
- Familiarity with relevant real estate laws, regulations, and compliance standards
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field; relevant experience may also be considered
- Previous experience in real estate operations, retail management, or a related industry is a plus
