Mobile Clear Shield is seeking experienced Installer Technicians to join our rapidly expanding mobile team. If you take pride in producing high-quality work, enjoy working with vehicles, and want to be rewarded for your productivity, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you'll professionally install automotive window tint, paint protection film (PPF), infotainment screen protectors, and GPS devices at automotive dealerships throughout your assigned territory. We provide the support, training, and systems you need to succeed while offering excellent earning potential through hourly pay and piece-rate opportunities.

What You'll Install

Our technicians specialize in:

- Automotive window tint

- Paint Protection Film (PPF) on door edges

- PPF inside door handle pockets

- Rear bumper protection film

- Infotainment screen protectors

- GPS device installations

Many of our installation services are designed for speed and efficiency. Experienced installers can complete 20–25 vehicles per day, averaging 3–5 vehicles per hour, depending on the services performed.

Compensation

- Competitive hourly pay during training and assigned work

Responsibilities

- Professionally install automotive window tint with precision and a bubble-free finish.

- Install Paint Protection Film (PPF) on designated vehicle areas.

- Install infotainment screen protectors and GPS devices.

- Inspect vehicles prior to installation and prepare surfaces properly.

- Safely operate hand tools and installation equipment.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

- Complete installations efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

- Communicate effectively with dealership personnel and team members.

- Follow company installation procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience installing automotive window tint is required.

- Experience installing Paint Protection Film (PPF) is highly preferred.

- Dealership or automotive service experience is a strong plus.

- Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within your assigned service area.

- Ability to lift equipment and work in a physically active environment.

- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently.
