This is paralegal work involving a wide variety of complex legal duties in reviewing pleas, researching points of law, investigating facts and preparing drafts of legal documents.

Minimum Qualification Requirements
Graduation from a standard senior high school, or the successful completion of the General Educational Development (GED) test, completion of a Legal Assistant Program or Paralegal studies program from a recognized college or university and a minimum of one year's paralegal experience; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.For details, please see Class Specifications | PARALEGAL I | Class Spec Details (governmentjobs.com)
