What You’ll Do
This is a high-volume, transactional collections role focused on driving timely payments and reducing past-due balances.
- Make outbound calls and send emails to customers with overdue invoices
- Follow up consistently to secure payment commitments
- Review daily aging reports and prioritize past-due accounts
- Resolve basic billing issues and escalate complex disputes
- Document all collection activity accurately in the system
- Meet daily/weekly collection activity and performance targets
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of collections, AR, or call center experience
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Strong communication skills (clear, professional, and persistent)
- Basic Excel and system navigation skills
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency
Preferred
- B2B collections experience
- Experience in high-volume or shared services environments
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $22 – $25 per hour, based on experience and location
- Incentives: Eligibility for performance-based bonus tied to collections
