We rent out a vast array of equipment, including portable air conditioners, chillers, heaters, generators, and related rental equipment, helping our customers support critical operations and projects across multiple industries.

What you’ll do:
- Coordinate transportation with approved freight carriers and brokers for branch operations and major projects.
- Prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs), purchase orders, and other shipping documentation as needed.
- Track shipments and proactively communicate updates or issues with carriers, customers, branches, and internal teams.
- Reconcile shipments with branch locations to ensure accurate transfers of rental equipment and ancillary items.
- Identify shipment discrepancies and assist in resolving inventory or logistics-related issues.
- Maintain accurate shipment, transfer, and inventory records within company systems.
- Assist with improving logistics processes and inventory control best practices.
- Provide operational support and backup coverage for the Senior Logistics Coordinator during PTO, increased business demands, or other operational needs.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours, weekend, and holiday support.
- Deliver excellent customer service while supporting branch and operational needs across multiple regions.
We’re looking for the following skills/experience:
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation coordination, dispatching, operations support, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office products, ERP systems, email, and internet-based applications.
- Detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to prioritize and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with branches, vendors, and internal teams.
- Candidates must be willing to undergo a background check prior to employment.
Work Schedule:
This position may require participation in a rotating on-call schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
