• Engage with children through age-appropriate activities that promote social skills, emotional regulation, and cognitive growth.
• Collaborate with families to support individual learning needs, including special education and early intervention strategies.
• Manage classroom routines efficiently while maintaining high standards of childcare and classroom management.
• Incorporate early childhood education best practices, such as toddler care techniques and preschool experience, to foster holistic development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools.
• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques.
• Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education or tutoring sessions.
• Experience with special education needs and early intervention programs is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and families.
• Certification or degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred.
