We are seeking a dynamic and driven Medical/Laboratory Sales Executive to join our expanding team. Your primary mission:
Build and manage relationships that generate consistent patient sample referrals to our lab. If you have existing provider relationships or know how to open doors in healthcare, this role gives you the opportunity to scale your impact and your earnings.
What you’ll do:
- Identify and onboard new client accounts (clinics, physicians, healthcare organizations).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through proactive account management and exceptional customer service that drive recurring sample volume.
- Educate providers on the clinical value of our testing services.
- Represent the lab at networking events, conferences, and meetings.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets within the medical and laboratory markets
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations for healthcare professionals, laboratory managers, and decision-makers to highlight features and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Provide technical guidance during sales presentations, ensuring clients understand product applications and advantages.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product launches, training sessions, and promotional activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint.
Qualifications:
- 2 year proven experience in B2B sales within the medical, pharmaceutical, or laboratory sectors; medical sales experience is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical information clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability in account management and outside sales environments.
- Proficiency in conducting product demos and delivering compelling presentations.
- Analytical skills to assess market data, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and foster client trust.
- Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and sales cycles efficiently.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, with familiarity in analysis tools advantageous.
