If you take pride in improving systems and keeping things running the right way, this could be a great fit.
About Us
MNL is a full-service ecological restoration company dedicated to Healing the Earth. Our services include native seed and plant production, shoreline and wetland restoration, prescribed burns, conservation grazing, vegetation management, and ecological consulting. We also support solar and infrastructure projects with pollinator-friendly practices and land stewardship expertise.
Our Greenhouse team produces more than 2 million native plants annually. Supporting that scale requires strong facilities, well-maintained infrastructure, and continuous improvement of systems and environments across the site.

This is a hands-on role focused on building, repairing, and improving greenhouse infrastructure and surrounding facilities.
