One of our clients — a highly regarded, technology-focused IP firm — is seeking experienced patent attorneys with strong technical backgrounds in Software such as AI, Machine Learning, Cloud, and Data Storage. Key Technical Areas: Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning algorithms and applications;cloud computing, data, etc.
Responsibilities: Draft and/or prosecute U.S. and international patent applications.

Compensation Salary Range: $180,000 – $365,000 annually, depending on role, client, location, and candidate experience. Requirements
J.D. with admission to at least one state bar with 3 years of patent prosecution experience in AI, ML, wireless communications, and/or semiconductors; Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics (advanced degree preferred but not required); Strong writing and client communication skills; Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
