We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead and oversee commercial electrical projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone with both field and office experience who can confidently manage timelines, budgets, and project teams.
You’ll be working on high-impact projects including schools, medical facilities, and data centers, so attention to detail and strong coordination skills are critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical construction projects from pre-construction through completion
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination
- Prepare and manage change orders using Accubid
- Review drawings, markups, and project documentation using Bluebeam
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project success
- Track project progress and proactively resolve issues
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the electrical industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
- Experience working on schools, hospitals, or data center projects strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-starter who can operate independently in a fast-paced environment
