Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Redwood City, CA, for a Financial Controller with solid experience in semiconductor cost accounting. The Financial Controller will oversee financial management and reporting using quickbooks online, preparing financial statements, managing accounting functions, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing budgeting and forecasting processes, performing financial analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure sound financial planning and operational efficiency. The role will also involve streamlining financial systems and processes while maintaining accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting in semiconductor indistry.
- Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Finance to drive sound decision-making and ensure financial efficiency using quickbooks online.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting principles and practices for a semiconductor chip company.
- Attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial matters.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple financial processes effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/CFA certification preferred.
- Experience in the high-tech telecommunications, and semiconductor industry is a MUST.
