What You’ll Do
As a Customer Care Representative I, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to resolution.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with accuracy and professionalism
- Support aftermarket sales by assisting with quotes, order processing, and fulfillment
- Provide timely updates on order status and proactively communicate delays
- Resolve basic customer issues and escalate more complex concerns as needed
- Partner with technical teams to process Return Material Authorizations (RMA)
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
- Stay current on products, services, and company processes
We’re looking for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- A positive, professional, and patient approach to customer interactions
- Customer service experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems such as Salesforce, Epicor, Great Plains, or Business Central

- Exposure to manufacturing operations and aftermarket services
