The Spa at the Mission Resort Club is seeking a Spa Receptionist/Coordinator to join our growing and guest-focused team. We are looking for a warm, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about hospitality and dedicated to creating memorable spa experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a serene yet fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of daily spa operations.
The ideal candidate:
- Enjoys working with people and creating exceptional spa and wellness experiences
- Has at least one (1) year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or spa/fitness environments
- Feels comfortable assisting with guest needs, coordinating appointments, and supporting spa flow
- Demonstrates professionalism, positivity, strong communication skills, and a calm presence in a busy setting
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests and efficiently managing spa check-in and check-out processes
- Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally
- Managing incoming calls, messages, appointment scheduling, and daily communications
- Maintaining accurate guest records, processing payments, and assisting with product sales
- Coordinating with service providers to ensure smooth scheduling and exceptional guest experiences
- Contributing to a clean, organized, and welcoming spa environment for all guests
