Mission Resort Club is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Tech team member to join our team Located in the rolling hills of Lake County, the award-winning Mission Resort features deluxe accommodations, four distinct restaurants, two 18-hole championship golf courses, a luxury spa, and a wide range of recreational activities. We pride ourselves on delivering superior service and unrivaled hospitality. As part of MMI Hotel Group, a company with over 69 years of hospitality excellence, Mission Resort is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our Banquets team.

As Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our resort facilities. From routine maintenance to repair tasks, your expertise helps ensure our guests enjoy a flawless and memorable experience.

In this role, you will:

• Perform general maintenance tasks
• Complete preventative maintenance duties to support facility upkeep and equipment performance
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Read and interpret specifications and work orders to complete assignments accurately
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and guest safety are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and maintenance equipment
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and respond to maintenance requests promptly
• Follow resort safety protocols and ensure compliance with operational standards
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and guest service
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb for extended periods
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Capable of lifting and transporting maintenance materials and tools
