University of Mobile – Mobile, AL

Zest Culinary Services is seeking a Food Prep Cook to join our team at the University of Mobile in Mobile, Alabama. This hourly position plays an important role in daily dining operations and works under the supervision of the Food Service Manager.

The Food Prep Cook supports the kitchen team by assisting cooks and working various stations. Primary responsibilities include salad bar preparation, breakfast preparation, and assisting the head cook as needed.

Key Duties Include:

• Preparing salad bar and breakfast items
• Slicing and dicing fruits, vegetables, and meats
• Making salads, sandwiches, and other cold food items
• Keeping salad bars and buffet stations stocked, clean, and organized
• Assisting cooks with food prep and kitchen tasks

We are hiring for all shifts, including full-time and part-time positions.
