Job Description

Mission Resort Club is seeking a Banquet Server team member to join our team Located in the rolling hills of Lake County, the award-winning Mission Resort features deluxe accommodations, four distinct restaurants, two 18-hole championship golf courses, a luxury spa, and a wide range of recreational activities. We pride ourselves on delivering superior service and unrivaled hospitality. As part of MMI Hotel Group, a company with over 69 years of hospitality excellence, Mission Resort is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our Banquets team.

As a Banquet Server, you will deliver, serve, and retrieve food and/or beverages to the guests in a timely, gracious, friendly, and professional manner. To also show professionalism with all guests, management, and co- workers. Banquet Servers will also take pride in all facets of service, quality, appearance, and cleanliness in both themselves and their department. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, teamwork, and a flexible schedule, as shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on the event calendar. Prior hospitality or banquet setup experience is preferred but not required — we are happy to train the right candidate.
