The leadership team is highly focused on technical initiatives and is looking for a passionate individual to contribute to the advancement and development of their application environment.

We are seeking a Workday Financials Engineer with experience in Workday Studio and the Workday Finance domain. The Workday Financials Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations that connect Workday Financials with internal and third-party systems to ensure secure and efficient data flow across our financial processes.

Position Summary:

• Design, develop, and support Workday integrations focused on Financials, including modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Expenses, Projects, and Grants Management.
• Build integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, APIs, Workday Web Services, PICOF/PICOF and Cloud Connect for Financial systems.
• Translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions in support of finance and accounting processes.
• Ensure integrations comply with financial regulations, data privacy policies, and internal control standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on testing strategies, validation, and deployment of integrations.
• Create and expose Custom Web Services using Workday Custom Reports as a Service (RaaS) in JSON, XML, and GData formats.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues, working proactively to minimize business disruption.
• Maintain integration documentation and contribute to Workday release testing and change management.
• Support Workday updates and releases, testing integrations and applying necessary changes.
• Document technical specifications, configuration changes, and integration designs.
• Participate in system design reviews, technical documentation, and code reviews.

Experience:

• 3 years of experience developing Workday integrations, with at least 2 years focused on Workday Financials.
• Proficiency in Workday Studio, XSLT, Web Services (SOAP/REST), XML, and JSON.
• Strong understanding of Workday Financials data models, business processes, and reporting.
• Experience with Cloud Connect for Financials, including integrations with banks, expense systems, tax vendors, or procurement solutions.
• Familiarity with integration testing, audit/compliance requirements, and error handling best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Compensation:

Total Compensation BOE: $125,000 – $160,000 Salary plus bonus
