What You’ll Do:
- Manage full-cycle technical recruiting (not full desk)
- Experience recruiting in a 3rd party agency setting for contract, contract to hire, and direct hire roles
- Source and interview candidates across technical skill sets — from Desktop Support to Executive-level roles (Application Development, Data Engineering, Cloud, Network, Systems, Security, Project Management, DevOps, and more)
- Run strategic intake meetings with clients: ask thoughtful questions, gather feedback, and provide market insight
- Conduct deep candidate qualification and align career goals — not just box-checking
- Drive offer negotiations and closes (contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire)
- Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines
- Share best practices and mentor newer recruiters

Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
