- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in commercial landscaping and related services
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility directors, and commercial clients

- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in business development, outside sales, or B2B sales
- Proven track record of generating new business and hitting revenue targets
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Experience in landscaping, construction, or service-based industries is a plus
