Mailroom Operator Needed ASAP !!! Day Shift

MMC is looking for you!Pay: $18/hrHours: First shift 7am to 3:30pmPosition is for Year-End high volumes, help on the Inserting machines catching mail and loading trays of mail on pallets.Description:Responsible for operating and maintaining production and quality standards on the inserting machines.Operate and maintain production and quality standards on the inserters.Operator machine at acceptable speeds and qualityClear JamsOrganize tasks and resources to complete work and meet deadlines according to established departmental procedures.Minimize time between jobs, by organizing the area and ensuring the inventory is adequateSet up equipment to ensure documents are processed correctly.Ensure overall run time is adequate for the type of mail run on shiftKeep machine and area cleanBalance/reconcile jobsCommunicate pertinent information to leads, technicians, and Supervisor a clear and concise manner.Additional Duties / ResponsibilitiesRun multiple inserting types, ie Evolution, MSE, EPICRun a variety of product, Letters, Flats etc.Correct minor equipment problems.Resolve equipment errors by determining and implementing proper resolution based on reference material and training.Perform minor preventative maintenance, adjustments, and minor repairs to the printer as needed; contacts maintenance technicians when needed.Cross train others on multiple inserter types for vacation coverage – Roll and Cut sheet.Company DescriptionThroughout the past 30 years plus, MMC, one of the most trusted names in workforce management services, has successfully delivered strategic solutions to large and small businesses in numerous industries.We have built our reputation on partnering with our clients and candidates to achieve the desired results.
