Sr. Customer Service Representative (Onsite) Pay Rate: $19.36 per hour Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Weekends Off!Please take a ONE minute typing test and send screenshot via email to: sjimenez@mmcgrp.com ***Must meet a minimum of 30 WPM*** Overview We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for consumers and providers, offering program guidance, answering account-related questions, and supporting password reset requests for the online consumer portal.
