Med/Surg Float RNShort Description:Rotating D/E/N shift schedule with Every Other Weekend (EOW) and holiday requirements. On-call, callback, and charge responsibilities as needed per unit. No straight-shift schedules available.Complete Description:The Level II Registered Nurse provides high-quality, evidence-based patient care under the guidance of the Nurse Manager. This role upholds clinical excellence through direct practice, service standards, ongoing professional development, and engagement in research and evidence-based practice.Level II RNs take on an expanded scope which may include serving as a charge nurse, preceptor, and active committee participant.
