The Opportunity:
In this position, you will work in a collaborative environment and experience a team approach to serving clients while developing direct relationships.
As a Senior Tax Accountant, you will be encouraged and supported to learn and grow personally and professionally. This role will provide the opportunity to serve as the client contact for basic questions and information. Additionally, you will coach, advise, and direct team members in meeting client, and engagement expectations.
A Closer Look At The Role:
- Displays the ability to consolidate returns, do more complex tax returns without supervision
- Researches, develops, and documents complicated taxation issues
- Assist in client follow-up to ensure expectations were met
- Effective communication with client, partner, and all other team members
- Delegates as appropriate to others and takes responsibility for completion of work
- Actively participates in training including on the spot feedback
- Manages overall responsibility for completion of fieldwork on engagements
- Writes tax memos identifying issues and summarizing conclusions
- Adhere to professional standards consistent with AICPA and maintain client confidentiality

Qualifications
- Bachelor or master’s degree in accounting or related discipline
- A minimum of 3 years work experience within public accounting
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
- Interest in pursuing CPA certification desired, though not a requirement
Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
