Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Pineville, NC, for a Customer Service Representative / Planner. The individual will handle customer inquiries, provide excellent support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and coordinate operational activities to manage production planning and scheduling effectively. Additional responsibilities include ensuring timely communication with internal teams and external clients, monitoring orders, and fostering productive client relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience
- Proficiency in Customer Support and managing client inquiries effectively
- Ability to provide excellent communication and build relationships to ensure customer-centric solutions
- Organizational and time-management skills for effective planning and scheduling
- Proficient in problem-solving, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or packaging industries is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or planning is a plus
