Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to residential, commercial, and industrial clients, while also handling dispatch operations for roll off/bulk needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Duties:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide information about services, pricing, billing, scheduling, and service issues.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, service disruptions, or missed pickups quickly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as needed.
Dispatcher Duties:
- Schedule and dispatch drivers for our roll off/bulk needs.
- Monitor drivers' progress throughout the day and adjust schedules as needed.
- Bill customers through our roll off software
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
