Scheduler Assistant

The Scheduler Assistant supports the team responsible for completing customer work and meeting regulatory requirements. This temporary role combines customer appointment scheduling with administrative support, work order coordination, and accurate recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Call customers to schedule appointments clearly and professionally.

• Coordinate schedules, permits, and work orders, and keep scheduling systems up to date.

• Maintain accurate records, paperwork, and data entries.

• Prioritize administrative tasks in a busy work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in office support or a similar administrative role.

• Strong organization, attention to detail, and customer communication skills.

• Familiarity with scheduling tools and assigning work orders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Onsite days are generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The schedule may become more flexible once training is complete.
