Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Logistics Center Associate to join our logistics operations team. This role will support material handling, customer returns processing, and other warehouse and logistics activities that help ensure materials are processed accurately and efficiently.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a hands-on environment, can follow established procedures, and works well as part of a team. Experience with SAP is a plus, but training may be provided.
Key Responsibilities- Process customer returns accurately, efficiently, and within established timelines.
- Document the receipt and movement of returned materials with a high level of accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to customer returns and ensure timely follow-up.
- Perform SAP transactions related to material handling and logistics processes.
- Support various warehouse and logistics activities as needed.
- Assist across different logistics functions based on business requirements.
- Maintain high standards for safety, quality, accuracy, and productivity.
- Follow established procedures and work instructions.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional departments.
- Maintain an organized and safe work environment.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to follow directions, procedures, and established work instructions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in an active, hands-on warehouse/logistics environment.
- Previous experience using SAP or other warehouse/ERP systems.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, material handling, or returns-processing experience.
This is an active, hands-on position. Candidates must be able to:
- Frequently lift up to 25 lbs.
- Occasionally lift up to 75 lbs. with assistance.
- Push and pull loads weighing up to 320 lbs.
- Operate a manual pallet jack.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequently bend, reach, grab, and move throughout the work area.
- Occasionally use a warehouse ladder to access shelving.
- Safely perform material handling and logistics activities throughout the shift.
