KARL STORZ is seeking a Logistics Center Associate I to join our dynamic Logistics Center team. In this role, you will support critical material handling and returns processing operations that keep our business and our customers running smoothly. Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
- Process customer returns accurately, efficiently, and on time.
- Document receipt of returned materials with strong attention to detail.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to returns and follow up to completion.
- Execute SAP transactions related to material handling and logistics processes.
- Support additional logistics tasks and fill in across roles as needed.
- Follow established safety, quality, and productivity standards.
You will work closely with SAP systems, handle customer returns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, all while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Experience using SAP systems.
- Frequently lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs with assistance.
- Push and pull loads up to 320 lbs and operate a manual pallet jack.
- Perform frequent movement including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and grabbing.
- Occasionally use a warehouse ladder to access shelving.
