We’re looking for a passionate HSE Coordinator to help take our Indianapolis plant’s safety culture and compliance to the next level.
Your Role
- You will support the MM Packaging Indianapolis Plant through the development and implementation of safety and security programs
- You will promote a positive HSE Culture within the assigned site
- You are passionate about leading a site Safety Committee, to ensure their training and complete required actions
- You will contribute to the shared understanding of Safety and react to trends in HSE performance across the plant
- You are committed to providing support for the evaluation of training needs and development/delivery of site-specific HSE training
- You have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
- You have already gained a minimum of 2-3 years experience in an HSE role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- You posses required HSE related training and knowledge pertaining to the position
