- Optimize daily workflows to minimize patient wait times and maximize equipment utilization.
- Assist patients and caregivers with completing necessary paperwork including medical history, medications, and insurance information.
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain required authorizations.
- Support billing processes and claims submission as needed.
- Provide clear instructions regarding exam preparation and follow-up care.
