What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and create a positive, professional first impression
- Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
- Confirm appointments and conduct patient follow-up calls
- Coordinate provider schedules and support daily clinic operations
- Verify insurance benefits and process patient paperwork
- Check patients in and out and collect payments
- Maintain patient records and office documentation
- Track hearing aid orders, repairs, and inventory
- Support patient retention efforts and local outreach activities
- Help ensure the office remains organized, efficient, and patient-focused

- Comfort speaking with patients both in person and over the phone

Preferred Experience
- 10 years front desk, receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Medical, dental, vision, hearing healthcare, chiropractic, or healthcare office experience preferred
- Experience with patient scheduling and insurance verification is a plus
- Strong computer and data entry skills
