This opening is due to retirement of our current provider who has served the community for over 20 years.

Practice Highlights
- Established full-time hearing aid dispensing practice
- Split schedule: Marshfield (3 days) and Medford (2 days)
- Opportunity to lead and continue to grow the practice
- Strong patient-focused culture with an emphasis on personalized care
- Well-established community presence and referral network
- Immediate opening with desired start date as soon as possible due to retirment of current provider
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations
- Recommend and fit hearing aid technology based on individual patient needs
- Provide counseling, follow-up care, adjustments, and ongoing support
- Build long-term patient relationships and drive patient satisfaction
- Support practice growth through patient retention, outreach, and business development efforts
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Collaborate with Patient Care Coordinators and support staff to provide an exceptional patient experience
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Audiologist (Au.D.) or licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist
- Strong hearing aid dispensing experience
- Proven ability to build patient trust and close treatment recommendations
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage and grow a successful practice
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for helping patients improve their quality of life through better hearing
Compensation & Benefits
- Total compensation opportunity: Approximately $150,000 annually
