What You Will Do
As a Hearing Aid Dispenser at The Hearing Aid Office, you will provide patient-focused hearing aid services, including:
Hearing Aid Services
- Conduct hearing screenings and discuss results with patients.
- Perform hearing aid evaluations to determine appropriate technology based on lifestyle, budget, and communication needs.
- Fit, program, and dispense hearing aids using best-practice protocols.
- Provide follow-up care including adjustments, counseling, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Patient Care & Support
- Offer hands-on device maintenance (cleanings, repairs, reprogramming).
- Educate patients and families on hearing loss, device use, and communication strategies.
- Provide custom earmold fittings, specialty hearing protection, and accessory support.
- Maintain thorough patient records and ensure smooth, supportive patient experiences.

- Colorado-licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser or Hearing Instrument Specialist.
