We are seeking a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist who is passionate about building relationships and helping patients reconnect with the sounds and people they love. What You’ll Do
Hearing Aid Services
- Perform hearing screenings in accordance with licensure
- Conduct thorough hearing aid evaluations and recommend individualized solutions
- Fit, program, and fine-tune hearing aids for optimal comfort and performance
- Provide counseling, education, and follow-up care to support successful outcomes
- Perform cleanings, troubleshooting, and minor in-office repairs
- Assist patients with accessories, earmolds, and hearing protection options
Patient Care & Clinic Collaboration
- Develop and maintain trusted, long-term patient relationships
- Deliver compassionate, supportive, and educational care experiences
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical workflows
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented clinic culture

Total compensation Guaranteed minimum total comp of $90,000.00 based on 40 hours/week
