MLK Architecture provided architectural services for the demolition of an existing space to be converted into a laboratory. The project involved reimagining the spatial layout to optimize workflow, functionality, and safety while creating a highly controlled environment for specialized scientific processes. Through strategic planning and careful attention to circulation, adjacencies, and spatial relationships, the design maximized efficiency and created a visually cohesive, purposeful space. The result is a laboratory that not only meets rigorous operational requirements but also delivers a striking, impactful environment that supports precision work and collaboration.
