Inside Sales & Scheduling Coordinator | Home Renovation
$55,000 to $70,000 plus monthly performance bonuses | Full-Time | Immediate Start
In office, Cresskill NJ. Monday to Friday. This is not a remote position.
About Us
Overall Renovation Design is a home renovation company working across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Bergen County. Kitchens, bathrooms, and full apartment and home renovations. We're small, we move fast, and everyone here owns their piece of the business.
The Job
You're the first person every client talks to, and often the reason they choose us. Our leads come in by phone and web form all day. You answer fast, understand what the client is actually asking for, and get the right ones booked with our team.
You also run the calendar. Walkthroughs, project manager schedules, client meetings. You send the invites, you keep everyone's day straight, and you make sure nothing gets double booked or forgotten.
What You'll Do
- Answer inbound calls quickly and understand the client's project
- Book walkthroughs and manage the calendar for the sales and project management team
- Send and manage all calendar invites and confirmations
- Keep our lead tracker current so every client has a next step
- Follow up until a lead closes or closes out
- Coordinate with project managers so jobs move smoothly
- Be the voice and the face of the company on every call
- Provide office support as needed
- Optional weekend coverage if you want additional hours
Who We're Looking For
Someone sharp on the phone who can hear what a client is describing and know right away whether it's the kind of work we do. You ask good questions, you don't waste anyone's time, and you're comfortable telling someone politely that we're not the right fit.
You're advanced in Google Workspace, especially Sheets and Calendar. You'll live in both all day.
You care how the company comes across. Every call, every email, every confirmation reflects on us, and you take that seriously.
What You Need
- 2 years in inside sales, scheduling, or client coordination
- Advanced Google Workspace skills, especially Sheets and Calendar
- Strong phone presence and clean written communication
- Organized, fast, and detail oriented
- Able to juggle multiple schedules without dropping anything
- English required. Spanish or Hebrew a plus.
- Legally authorized to work in the US
Nice to Have
- Home services, construction, real estate, or design background
- Experience with call tracking or CRM systems
- Familiarity with Zapier or automation tools
